Bridge Construction - an update

Just an update. The Publc Work Department is now 75% into the contruction of the concrete bridge replacing the old wooden one crossing the river at the northern corner of Kiulap. I was made to understand, full completion is expected to be at the end of February. You can help by reporting any anommalies in the construction work here in the bog or by calling me or Village's Development Committee Chair direct.

What we can do for Tourism Brunei

The country's tourism drive began with the year 2001 being designated as The Visit Brunei Year. I did not take off very well but I am sure all of us had parts to play. Village Healthcare Center

A study is now in progress for Kiulap to have its own healthcare center. At present we are very reliant on the center available at the next village 10 miles away. It is high time, I think, that we should consider having one of our own. Let me know what you think by joining the poll on the right and you may put additional comments in response to this post.
